KSW Series Float Controller
Overview
The liquid level controller, also known as the liquid level switch, is a component that uses a magnetic float to move the contact point of a reed switch at a set position inside the sensor detection tube with the liquid level rising or falling, and sends a signal to switch the contact on or off. This product has a simple structure, easy to use, and is safe and reliable. Compared with general mechanical switches, it has the advantages of small size, fast speed, and long service life. Compared with electronic switches, it also has strong resistance to load impact. It has been widely used in shipbuilding, papermaking, printing, generator equipment, petrochemical industry, food industry, water treatment, electrical engineering, dyeing industry, hydraulic machinery and other fields.
Working principle
A reed switch is installed inside a sealed non-magnetic tube, and then the tube is passed through a floating ball with a circular magnet inside. The rise or fall of the liquid will drive the floating ball to move up and down together, causing the reed switch inside the non-magnetic tube to produce a suction or disconnection action, thereby outputting a switch signal.
