

TS Series Magnetic Temperature Switch
Overview
TS type magnetic temperature switch. It has excellent characteristics such as high temperature control accuracy, long-term stable and reliable performance, and durability. It can be used as an overheat protection component for high-power components in electronic appliances and a temperature control device for household appliances. For example, magnetic temperature switches can be used for automatic temperature compensation in refrigerators.
Working principle
The TS type magnetic temperature switch is mainly composed of a temperature sensitive magnetic ring, a permanent magnetic ring, and a reed switch. It mainly utilizes temperature sensitive magnetic materials to achieve temperature control by transitioning from ferromagnetism to paramagnetism near the Curie temperature TC. When the temperature sensitive magnetic ring senses temperature near the Curie point, the magnetic permeability rapidly changes, altering the magnetic flux passing through the reed, thereby controlling the suction or disconnection of the reed to achieve temperature control.
