¡°Creepage
protection Plug¡± is called¡± residual Current
Protection Plug¡± too. When the electrical
appliance lacks slectricity, in the slectric
return circuit, there must be some electric
current not to flow back to the voltage
transformer from the Line by the Neutral,
butflowed into the earth by ¡°conductive body ¡±,
such as the ground or the human body, etc,form a
tributary beyond main circuit ,the electric
apparatus in the work has this ¡°tributary¡±, but
what we said at ordinary times ¡°leak
electricity¡±. When the insulation in electrical
appliance is not fine, the electrical appliance
will leak electricity. But when this part of
electric current flows into the earththrough the
human body ,it will cause people to get an
electric shock. Before electric current has not
injured the human body yet,Creepage Protection
Plug can cut off the power automatically and
have protected thepersonal security.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
Creepage
protection Plug is to measure ¡°surplus electric
current¡± in the return circuit of ¡°ground wire¡±.
When an electrical appliance is working
normally, passing the two power cord(the Line
and the Neutral) through the center hole and an
¡°zero-sequence current mutual-inductor¡± an same
time , the current £¦#118alues in the Line and
Neutral are equal, but their directions are
opposite. There is no voltage-output in the
secondary coil of current mutual-inductor. Once
thereis ¡°residual current¡± in ¡°ground loop¡±
(including ¡°geodetic loop¡±),the duplex currents
do not keep balance in the two power cord
passing through mutual-inductor. So the
zero-sequence current mutual-inductor will
output voltage, which is proportional to leakage
current. If onlythe signal of voltage is en
enough strong, it can be amplified by integrated
circuit made up of special breadboard. And then
it triggers silicon control convert cut-off into
breakover. So breaking coil is power on
concatenated in this loop, then cuts off the
main loop to protect personal safety.
