OVERVIEW DPF electronic expansion valve is
a kind of promising throttling device suited for
the demands of mechano-electronic refrigeration
system. It can give fast response and a wide
modulating range. And moreover it can work under
the preset modulating method to achieve the
excellent quality of superheat modulation. So it
can guarantee the chiller to be used efficiently
and the system to be run with steady-state, low
energy losses and accurately controlled
temperature. It is used widely in refrigeration
system such as inverter air conditioner.
WORKING PRINCIPLE When the inputting
voltage pulses are applied to the coil in
determined sequence, a rotational magnetic field
is produced. Thus the rotor, which is made of
permanent magnetic material, is rotated by the
magnetic torque, making the valve pin up or down
through the transmitting structure, and to
change the mass flow area of valve. In this way,
the mass flow can be adjusted automatically to
ensure that the system is kept in the best
state
